I'll agree that the Texas Remcor valves are much more reliable than the TeeJet version, but i still haven't had as good of luck with them as ball valves. Another good thing about ball valves is that the electric part can be replaced quickly, generally without tools, and without having to open the liquid system.

The Remcor solenoid valves are also usually a little cheaper than the TeeJet valves, in addition to being more reliable.
