Saronville NE | Ive got4 JD dealers within 30 min of me and 3 red dealers within 30 min of me, for service I actually prefer the farthest away dealer and nobody but them has worked on any of my stuff for 4-5 yrs now, the closest dealer has really good parts dept but the service mananger and I couldnt get along if we tried, had him tell me too many times that its too close to lunch time or quittin time they wont come out, thats the 1st time I called the other dealer on a baler promblem it was 5:15 in afternoon and they still sent somebody out and he stayed till 8 that nite tille we got the baler fixed, never been anywhere else since, and when I call its always the same day and most times within hour and a half they will be there, cant ask for much more then that. The bad thing is these dealers have merged now but so far the service hasnt changed but with the stunt they pulled here 2 weeks ago in change of manangement at the store, Im afraid that will be changing soon. | |
