I plant food plots with a 6 row 3pt Allis Chalmers 600... If the ground is worked pretty well it'll make a decent slot, throw seeds in it, and cover some of them but there is no way I'd take it to the field unless it was an emergency. I have a pile of plates and several gears to play with and never have gotten it to plant as consistently as I'd like it to.

Doers it work, yes... but I see better, affordable, options out there.
