Iowa | We have never had corner issues doing out braces that way. Most of the fence put in in this part of the world is anchered that way. Where we get our posts they alwasy have good creosote posts, wouldnt build a fence with anything else. The High tensile isnt needed on the new fence but needed on down the line since the neighbors dont have a good fence. Where our pastures border against the new fence I ran the high tensile on his side to keep his cows and bull from pushing on the new fence to maybe keep the fence better, since I was running it anyway. I did this in another pasture since the neighbors bulls and my bull was pushing on it to get at each other and since I did that the neighbors bulls stay away from the fence.
