My wife got an LG 235C tracfone.  She's had great luck with tracfone but her current phone doesn't last long enough.  So we got this LG 235C and after opening the package and putting in the battery we can't get the back on.

I found this site that shows how to change the battery and it sure seems simple.  However when I push the back on and it snaps down on the bottom the back slides back up.  The touching it and the back falls off.    SITE SHOWING INSERT BATTERY

The book that came with it tells me everything about getting more minutes  and answering the phone but nothing about putting in the battery or putting the phone together.

My wife and I've both looked at the phone and tried multiple times to put it together.

I can't believe that I can rebuild a car, a house or a computer but can't get this stupid phone back on.

I'd appreciate any help I might get.
