Who comes up with the torque rateings for the tools? Are they as powerfull as listed?
I'm asking, as Royobi has the highest torque rateing of the impact (although, it's not a compact - it'd compare more to the larger Milwaulkee impact - shown in Ed's pic's http://talk.newagtalk.com/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=300801&mid=2336486#M2336486 )
