I second the Yamaha TW 200,Street legal, electric start, big rear tire, have had 2 of them for many years, great all around bike and can be picked up used, about 12 years old for about $1500. They still sell that same bike today for $4000, only difference is a disc brake, other than that have hardly changed since inception in 1977.
