Check the output nut on the trans. Kenworth have an issue with them loosening up enough to cause a vibration, but i have seen it in other brands as well. If you see any rust tracking around that nut it needs to be tightened. We ALWAYS use red locktite and a 1" impact on them. Has fixed a lot off issures with vibrations.
