central mn | Wondering how many bushels I could haul in a 34 ft hopper bottom, it has ag hoppers. Would be great for getting around, truck would have 160 inch wheel base so in minnnesota what could I legally haul? How many bushels would it haul if didn't have to worry bout weight? thanks |

Morris, IL | Not a 34 but have a 30 foot steel dakota. I know this, i can make the 40+ foot guys look like they are pulling a train. I can fit 800 bushels of soybeans maybe, and 850 bushels of corn if its 58-59 lb corn. As for weight, try this http://www.thetruckersplace.com/BridgeFormula.aspx

West Central Ohio | We have had 1,000+ bu corn in our 34ft Stroughton. Usually haul about 950 Corn. 900 Beans. Did not say it was legal. |

Northern Iowa | Weve had 999 bu of Corn on our 34 ft Jet. That was heavy Corn and full enuf that it was spilling off as the Tarp was rolled . In day to day use we usually pile 900-920 on it ,its not to far to town ! |

 Gunn City, Mo. | My cousin has a 34' Jet behind a loooong bright yellow 379 Pete. The tractor looks longer than the trailer. He says 1000 bu is all the corn it will haul. Missouri bridge laws are rediculous so its way over loaded. 950 bu for beans. |

| I had a Jet 34 ft ag hopper trailer. I'm sure I remember having 1040 bu on. Felt like eating the scale ticket. Did not plan on getting that much on it. Really don't think it was plumb full. At 160", I'm thinking you may get 880 bu corn on legally, depending on tw. |

EC-IL | my 38'6 dakota with 172" WB truck is legal to 957bu corn. I'd say 900ish legal being 4ft shorter? |

| We had a 34' Jet and I think with our big block day cab 875 corn was about it legally depending on fuel. Been a while but I'm sure we could could not haul 900 legally. |

NE South Dakota | 34 Foot Timpte and Volvo Truck.....74500 pounds legal. Fill Front Full leave back 8 feet. 850 bushel corn. Get the full 40 ton sticker so you won't get hit for overfilling. You can haul 1000 bushels if it is full but I need not say more |

| Had 1070 on my wilson 34' last week and coulda easily had 1100 without any trouble. 60-lb corn and it has ag hoppers. |

| I have a 34' steel Jet trailer with Ag hoppers. I pull it with a Freightliner sleeper. I can legally haul 945-950 bu of corn. It will hold over 1000 bu if not concerned about weight. |
