Subject: Here is mine

Ethridge, TN

I've got my smaller "bender" in the press in this pic. Have quite a few other dies/tooling I've made for special projects along the way. In my case, I wanted soemthing pretty simple for the bed adjustment, and rather than drilling holes for rods to slide thru, you see the peices of flat stock welded to the uprights. The pins that hold the bed, are 1" rods that slide thur box tubing to keep them positioned.

The jack frame is made to roll along the bottom of the top rails to make it easier to postion things. There is 5' working room between the two uprights. That is a 30 ton hydraulic jack, but eventually the plans are to replace that with an enerpac ram/pump unit, when I find one at the right price. Have done alot of work with this set-up, just as it is.
