North Central Illinois | We have been getting along fine. Our program limits us to one application of glyphosate per year on corn and beans. We have been using a burndown program in notill beans without glypho and then one trip post. On corn we have been using Lumax preemerge and then one pass of glypho post emerge. These aren't the cheapest programs but they work for us and so far have seen no issues with resistance. We have been extremely happy with our weed control also. I think where guys have gotten in trouble is by using multiple applications of glypho per year on the same fields year after year. That is a sure way to build resistance. JMHO. | |
