There have been some really good recommendations brought forth already. I have also heard of some in the Delmarva area using liquid carbon products to help in the short run for situations like this. Hydra Hume and Monty's Liquid Carbon are two examples. I preface this comment with the fact that this will only work short term, these other ideas will be your best bet overall.
