It should mentioned that i only ripped and disk 2 feilds    its not my standard practice.  and we dont chop every crop as shown in my crop rotation.   and we do plant cover crops after the soybeans as much as the weather allows.

not filling tankers or keeping silage trucks out, well that would be tough    wed are talking about 1000s of loads here.   kinda hard to haul 200 loads of mnure 3 miles with half a load  

i think we might be on to somthing with the constant nitrogen application   it may be burning my soil up.  Nitrogen from uan and manure just means my ground is getting a lot more N then the average person.


hayinthere, you probally dont know but those organic maters are normal for around here.  our ground has been farmed twice as long as yours.
