The past 2 weeks have not been very good for conditions that needed soil just right for planting. We had 2 inches 2 weeks ago and just the other day 2 more inches. Is it too late for planting my annual rye? I was going to mix it with fert and have it airflowed on and then Turbo Till it in. First try at this stuff. TIA
