It might be a "fluter" but it shouldn't do it if everything is right.
65SuperSport my first car was 66 Impala SuperSport 327,4bbl,powerglide, what a ride ;-) A lazy injector would be the same as a weak one it's not atomizing correctly so that cylinder is like not burning all the fuel, you can guess the rest.
