| Take it easy, I'm a newbie.
Got my own place now and have a total of 25 acres tillable land and I'd like to learn the trade. My fields are about 5 acres, 12 acres, and 8 acres, respectively.
What size (hp) and features should I be looking for in a tractor for that size acreage? I would be interested in planting corn, beans, sunflowers, and wheat.
I have a good resource in my neighbors who are farmers and will help teach me some things. I do not plan on spraying or harvesting my own crops to start with - I will hire that part out.
