Hi Everyone i am new to this and im in desperate need of help. 1 week ago my Tier 3 6480 came up with error code d154 and refuses to move. I have a mechanic working at it from my main dealer however the code states its a problem with the network and he has checked all components, all wires and all conections. He found a few bared wires and corroded plug (probley from salt from snow clearing) they have been repaired and still nothing works. All the istruments work induvidually however their seams to be something missing. The mechanic has talked with all other mechanics in N. Ireland and noone has seen this before. He then contacted the MF Help line in England and they can't advise himm to what it is either. His next move is to contact agco themselves however was wondering if anyone else might have seen this problem. Thanks Stewart

Modena, Wisconsin | I would check the bottom clutch switch first. Has he ran wintest on it? Is it the Dyna 6 transmission?

Modena, Wisconsin | If the clutch switch is good and everything checks out ok, I would next check the ECM for the transmission. It seems like there is two or three of them and it is hard to pinpoint which one is causing problems if it is one of them. That would be the most logical item if everything checks out good but is not talking because they are what connects everything.
