West central IL | I can tell ya for a fact that some of the biggest pig guys out there have contracts that are totally stacked in there favor. If you put up a building to there specs and a few years later they want you to put more money in the place you have to do it or they can all but take the building from you, thats just one for instance, and it has happend. Also as said above, your contract is good for the payout of the buildings then at the end of that turn in 10, 12, or however many years, your out and the new barns are in, so you have worked all those years for a little bit of nothing. | |
