Yeah there are lots of variables but in short that distance is nothing. We have several 3-5 mile long lines that are 1.25-1.5" all horse and half or smaller pumps with several hundred feet head. After using some 1.5" line in some short runs I'd never go back to 1.25, you just get a lot more flow with that extra 1/4 inch.
