Northern Indiana | Vitamin K is the answer. Not a bad idea to give him some just to be sure. What happens is the Warfarin in rat poison causes internal bleeding of the organs.
Vitamin K is basically a blood thickener and slows the bleeding hopefully buying enough time that the Warfarin will pass and bleeding will stop.
If too much time passes and he has ate rat poison the effects are irreversible.
My suggestion is to get your dog to the vet ASAP.
