| Downward, how do your currently sell your animals? Just curious, alot of the local movement here is "selling" a live cow, delivering it to the licensed facility, and delivering the packaged beef to the buyer, or buyer can pick up their beef. There are alot of hurdles around too few/too far away facilities, but im sure economics will sort it out over time. What are you doing. Proud that you want to do your own butchering, most of the producers here just want to be allowed to butcher at someones non licensed place. | |
