Subject: Low cost Polaris clutch puller

Southeast MN
A while back I described how I use a fine thread 3/4" bolt and a 7/16" socket head cap screw to pull the drive clutch off of a Polaris atv or sled. Here are some pictures: after the main bolt is removed, use a hex wrench to install the 7/16" shcs about 8 full turns into the crankshaft, the install the 3/4 bolt into the threads in the clutch. Use a strap wrench to keep the clutch from turning, tighten the 3/4 bolt to pop the clutch off the taper.
