I use one of these cheap 2" water pumps with a 20' two inch hose dropped into the well: https://www.ruralking.com/2-water-trash-pump-5-5-hp

They are rated for 23' of suction, but the closer you get it to the water the easier it is to prime. Fill the pump full of water before starting. 90 gallon per minute will fill your tank in less than 12 minutes.

Don't let it suck any rocks up! Put a strainer on the end. Or you can stick a perforated drain tile pipe down in your well to work like a strainer and stick your hose inside.
