| Looking into replacing double hung windows in the house. A lot of people say they hate their wood windows as when it gets condensation dripping on the wood it starts rotting (condensation is from having the blinds closed, when the blinds are open condensation is not an issue) Vinyl or fiberglass seems like a better option to cure that issue. Had Andersen 400 series windows priced but worried about the rotting of the wood. Pella offers a 250 series vinyl window or impervia fiberglass window. What's everyone's opinion on these 2 compared to Andersens? Any other window manufacture or window line should I look into? Currently have vinyl in the house now.
