| Hello folks,
I recently acquired a JD 43 corn sheller... it appears to be in decent condition but I don't think it has been run in quite a while.
I cleaned out a bunch of old corn cobs and the rotor will now turn freely but I haven't tried hooking it up to a PTO yet.
Are any of you familiar with this machine?
I would like to use it shell popcorn but am concerned that it might not be possible to adjust the machine for shelling popcorn or that it will damage the outer hull of many kernels rendering them unpoppable.
Any thoughts?
Also, any idea where I can get a manual?
