Subject: Problems Raising Auger

NW ILLINOIS
Went to move our Westfield MK 100-71 to another bin and it would only go up
part way. We thought the 4020 was low on hydr oil so we put some in and
the auger still would not move. Then we tried to lower it and nothing would move.
We checked the hyd coupling and it has no pressure on it.
We have come to the conclusion that the cylinder rod must be stuck.
These are one way cylinders and have no oil on the extending end
We have not tried to raise it this high in several years.
Any ideas on how to get this thing to move back in??
