Subject: Honda GX 390 11 hp engine oil drain extension

I have a NAPA gas powered air compressor that is powered by a Honda GX 390 11 hp which makes a huge mess when I change the oil. I am looking to get an extension tube for the oil drain plug. The threads are 12 mm with a 1.5 pitch. I need it to be about 4 inches long. I have found them for Briggs motors, but they use pipe thread for their drain plugs. Has anyone ever done this?
