Well we finally ran the problem down today. After changing the cam pos. sensor and the glow plug relay we thought about the valve cover harness. Took passenger side valve cover off and sure enough it was melted. Thanks for the replys the other day on my first post about this. Went ahead and changed all the glow plugs at the same time so should be good to go for winter now.
