West Central Wisconsin | Watched the Food Channel or Travel Cannel a few nights ago about hamburger joints in the US. They talked about these little burgers from White Castle Hamburgers, something I've never heard of around west central WI. My wife went grocery shopping tonight and returned home with a box of frozen, microwavable, White Castle mini hamburgers. Now I'm thinkin mmmm, hamburger in a microwave, that sounds good. I was pleasantly surprised, no shocked, at how good they were. She said the box of six burgers cost $3. I know a lot of farmers like myself who sometimes only have a few minutes to grab some lunch at planting or harvest time might appreciate these little burgers. Give them a try.
