Make the 4 truck drivers each responsible for their paperwork.

put #'s on all the dump locations, load out's (fields) etc. If the scales are on the bank out wagons, make the truck drivers responsible for getting the weights.

Driving a truck isn't rocket science and does NOT take that long to "fill in the blanks" while the truck is unloading. If the trk driver's can find their way to the field and to the proper tank/dump location they ARE capable of filling out a stupid ticket. Filling out the ticket isn't all that tough.

You can get the type of clipboards that have an attached tray on the bottom, clip to hold the blank tickets and a flip up top that covers a "book" of blank sheets, yet allows the top form to be filled out w/o marking up all the sheets.

It's the responsibity of each trk driver,

1. who    does it belong to?

2. where  is it from ?

3. where  is it going ?

4. How    much is on?

pretty simple to set up.  "here's your pen"

Either that or,, require them to call "home" (someone in front of a computer) every time they dump and play answer the questions, and the computer person can load in the info.

All the technology in the world isn't going to do any good if the driver's are too lazy to use it........  Just tell them they'll get paid in exactly the same fashion they get the tickets to you...  Guarantee you will have NO problems.
