sounds like you are just looking for WAAS accuracy (you wanted to use your existing sf1) if you want the cheapest route:
sell what you already have. not sure what it would bring 2k??
buy a used ez-steer and ez-guide+ 4-5K i have one i would sell for 4k
if you are using that gs1 display in a combine or planter you obviously wouldnt want to sell it, so that changes things considerably.
