| Jim, I think the market has picked up since I sold a month ago was probably the biggest price improvement factor. Also, I think the buyers balk a bit at my black baldies because some of them are 3/4 Hereford. Hereford markings on some give them away. ;-)
The sale barn cafe at Ft Pierre has great gals running it. Never had a bad meal there. No burgers or fries until after the dinner rush is over. Usually they run 2 or 3 specials that you can have hot on your plate in a couple minutes. | |
