North Mo. | I don't understand BREAK DOWN?? We have fence, 22 years old 4 wire H tensile yes it Breaks Down two cars have gone thru it and 2 tornados. The wire is still good not bright but a hell of allot better than other types of wire put up at the around the same time. It is electric and yes you need special tools. If your area is that dry have one of your wires as a ground. I have had to replace all the treated post now it is forever or hedge. Ben | |
