NEMO | Line up the TDC mark in the timing hole in the cllutch housing, then remove the timing window on the side of the injection pump and check for the 2 timing marks to be aligned. If you only see 1, then roll the engine over another 360 degrees to the TDC mark again. Then check the injection pump again for the 2 timing marks. It is now in time and you can now remove the injection pump. When you reinstall the injection pump, remove the timing window and make sure the 2 timing marks are aligned. Good luck. | |
