    You are correct, and I totally give the benifit of the doubt to anyone. However, you & I both have witnessed many times, a carload of people park in the handicapped spot, and you just know, with a gut feeling that there is no reason for doing that. I agree there are many unseen disabilities. I would even encourage older folks/pregnant women, who have no tag to park there anyways. But for some individuals,(many times it is younger kids who I think "borrow" ma/pa/gramma/grammpa's sticker) to park and go hopping & skipping, (I exaggerate somewhat), into the store, just burns me.
