He still needs a "bonus" of some type, I like ideas, gun, gun safe, lawn mower, beef or hog, both for that matter. I dont care he liked it and helped pass his time, if he is there everyday you asked he was a hecka of an asset to you and you'd still be in the field if it wasn't for him. He has to get something pretty good if he doesn't want cash or check.
How would you "pay" a guy for truck driving this past harvest?
