Holly Springs, NC | When I lived in Lubbock I wrote the city council a few letters on restricting the ability of a business to have a drive through. That was when gas was hitting $4/gal. I always thought it would be a great move for conservation. When I was at Texas Tech we went to a soils judging competition in San Luis Obispo, CA and they have absolutely no drive throughs in that city (that's what someone told us at least). Thought it was a great idea. | |
