Subject: RE: What to do for Shoulder pain

South Plains of Texas
I had the same pains. Several of my friends had had rotator cuff surgery. I noticed about half of them never got the full use of their arms back. Went to a local chiropractor and he recommended a massage therapist and then let him adjust it. I did that and go back about every month and it has helped me tremendously. He told me that that is what happens to major league pitchers. Their shoulders get out of socket and if they don't get it put back in and get every thing in line it will tear the cuff. That is why alot of pitchers have massages after every game they pitch. They relax the muscles and get everything back into line. It has helped me a bunch and I have better luck than most of my buddies that have had the surgery. Plus it is a whole lot cheaper.
