29 years old (i think might have to look that up). Yes it is hard to obtain a sizable acreage. Some are doing it and making it look easy. You don't know all of their cards. Opportunity is every where. Do things that nobody else wants to do. Think outside of the box. Is there a waiting list for any service in your area....get in to that business.
