Can they enforce it? In general terms, No. Dependant on the reason why they would tell someone that could also dictate how far you get out of town before being stopped.
I would suggest that if someone was told that, it would be in their best interest to 'stay in town' and spend that time consulting with your Attorney.
If out on bond (via a bondsman or a O.R. bond by the Court) then you best follow any/all rules set forth. | |
