More or less what goes between the engine and whatever it is driving, sans a transmission. Centrifugal clutch to be exact it appears. At idle, clutch just spins with engine rpm, at faster speeds, the "clutches " spin and move outward, engaging the clutch housing and turning whatever. Had them on all of our old scooters and other playtoys in the old days. | |
