I agree DON'T use high tensile, every thing will get though it unless it's electric,[ then why put up 7 wires, two would be plenty] woven wire over long hall you will be tensile had high tensile for 15 yrs. chased cows calves bull all the time. took 4 yrs. to get read of it but haven't had to chase cows anymore. I had 10 wires up.
