| Pofarmer is probably on the right track.
Attic access if available it the best option. If your electrical runs next to it you can disconnect the line and use it fish the new cable line through the attic. The thing is "typical" walls seldom exist, especially when you are remodeling. You could have some odd code in the community and find fire blocks between studs or who knows what else.
Or one short-cut could be removing base board around room, if it's an outside wall drill through and run wire.
Then again drywall is cheap. | |
