You can use the buttons on the back of the display to operate your display with the failed screen.
If you swath control is not working like you think it should then go back and look at your look ahead times. If you don't get those set up correctly then you will leave skips and overlaps.
There are not any issues with the swath control is why they have not gotten back with you.
