They will definately give you the acreage when you drive the first headland round. If that and some guidance (you'll love the lightbar for knowing the distance between passes) are all you're looking for, you could even get by with a Ez-Guide Plus. I know I've seen guys advertising them in the "For Sale" section. I do like the ability to show where you've covered easily on the 250 or 500. I think you can put a switch on it so when you're spreading it records what you're covering.
