| Yes, I agree with you. The slide out keyboard on the Droid just makes the unit feel sort of less solid. Grab the thing the wrong way and you can feel the movement between the top & bottom halves - just not as solid feeling as the iPhone/Touch. I have already resigned myself to eventually supergluing the volume rocker switch in place as I am often hitting it by accident and turning my ringer volume up or down from where I want it set. I think I will also eventually explore a way to glue the keyboard into place since I never plan to use it. I'm thinking that a bead of epoxy all the way around it might do the trick. It might not be the prettiest when I'm through with it, but it will be solid. ;) | |
