There is a story in this weeks paper about the Grand River conservation and how there has been a 136 so called "spills" into their watershed, anywhere from raw sewage too treated into rivers and water courses and off course no charges laid, but let a farmer have a spill and see what happen, and you wonder why they must treat their water!
