Lewisburg, PA | There was a menonite furniture factory that was out in the country closed this year . The building was up for auction last week 50 x 120 HEat in floor , three phase, office, lunch room another 30x40 load out building. If I wasn't there there wouldn of been only one bidder. The building is worth 500 000 in the right time on three acres and zoned commerial. I ran it up to 200 the next guy bid 210 and I never thought they would let it go but they did. Just didn t have enough cash to feel comfortable. THAT WAS A BUY | |
