North Mo. | Yes I remember but realize those where pressed patties and there is no comparison between hand pressed also they were way over cooked, which is common on mass cooked hamburgers. I'm not too sure those where grass fed or not. I can make any hamburger hard if I forget it is on the grill, which happens often if I am on Ag talk while cooking dinner.
What didn't you like about those heifers they judged? I didn't care for some of the bulls myself, way too much sheath. Remember that breed is a composite which needs sorting out, however what works in Mo. needs modification for Texas. Ben
