Saronville NE | On another note, only farms we are having promblems with notill is irrigated farms, our dryland farms no other way then notill, saves the moisture and corn just gets better or holds it own every yr. So its more of a trash promblem is my thoughts.
The thing I have against striptill is the power it takes to pull one, dont like what Ive seen with running 8 row striptill then coming back in and plantin 16. Plus dont feel like spending that kind of money on a machine that will only cover 2 pivots a yr, the rest is dryland. I still have all my tillage equipment, so no more money would have to be spent on machinery. | |
